New Milford is a town that is located in the United States of America. It is situated in Litchfield County, Connecticut in the northeastern region of the country. It lays in the western portion of the state. Geographically, New Milford is located on the banks of the Housatonic River, which is one of the main rivers in the area. It is also located approximately 15 miles away from the popular Danbury, Connecticut. While New Milford’s population is only approximately 28,100 residents, it is the biggest town in Connecticut in regard to land area. New Milford sprawls over a large 62 square miles.

The town of New Milford has a rich history between Native Americans, colonists, and more. The Weantinock Native Americans were the original inhabitants of the area. New Milford New Parking Lot

Connecticut Sealcoating takes pride in its continued dedication to providing the top of the line asphalt paving services to New Milford, Connecticut. In our time as a top asphalt company in New Milford, we have set the industry standard for craftsmanship, diligence, and customer service. Our asphalt professionals are highly knowledgeable in all things asphalt.

We were recently contacted by a local property manager who was looking for parking lot installation in New Milford. He explained to us that the property that he was managing was undergoing some exterior renovations. Part of the renovations including parking lot paving would produce a new parking lot for the small residential complex. We assured the manager that we would be happy to help with the asphalt paving project and that he had chosen the best asphalt company for the job. We got more information from the manager and scheduled a time to visit the property so that we could gauge the entire scope of the project.

Upon arriving at the property, we were able to quickly see where the new parking lot location would be located. We were pleased to see that the new construction project had an excellent space for a parking lot.

The new parking lot installation project began with the excavation of the area. We needed to remove materials and establish the correct grade that would be utilized. Then we applied the aggregate base material, installing it to the proper depth. It was then compacted utilizing a paver. We finished the project by sealcoating the lot and striping it to the needs of the property manager. We wanted to maximize the number of spaces that his tenants had in their brand new asphalt surface.

The property manager was very pleased with our professionalism and hard work throughout the entire residential paving project.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

“It only serves to show what sort of person a man must be who can't even get testimonials. No, no; if a man brings references, it proves nothing; but if he can't, it proves a great deal.”JOSEPH PUILITZER
