Scott has always been a forward thinker driven to pioneer ideas and fill a need. He is a visionary with the aptitude needed to achieve success in today’s economy. He started his career as a child learning the family construction business but at the age of 22, he decided there were other markets he could affect. In 2009 he started his first pavement maintenance company. Not long after inception, the business began to grow exponentially and he developed new divisions to service the needs of residential, commercial and municipal clients in Connecticut.
His company, The Sambrook Group now consists of three divisions: Connecticut Sealcoating, ConnSeal Pavement Supplies, and American Asphalt, each addressing separate needs of the pavement and construction markets. His tactics have been cost saving and budget minded for today’s municipalities and property owners. Scott has shown that no matter what condition the economy is in, he can adapt his companies to provide budget minded choices for any caliber of customer. Looking ahead, he plans to further expand these theories throughout the northeast and help protect the investment that gets so often overlooked.

Tim joins our team in 2016 with a wealth of construction knowledge. Coming from a business to business sales background, Tim understands the importance of keeping a tight schedule when working with other contractors or agency's.
COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Mike is our Commercial Operations Manager. He has been employed by Connecticut Sealcoating for over 6 years and is experienced in the crack sealing, sealcoating and line striping work that we perform. Mikes focus is on limiting customer down time and seeing that multi-faceted projects get completed as scheduled.

Angela has been with our team for 2 years and plays a vital role in our accounts payable department. She is committed to keeping all our accounts on track and works closely with all vendors.

MaryBeth has been our office manager for 4 years and provides unmatched customer service to our clients. She handles all accounts receivable, and human resources within the companies.
